Sound goes beyond the physical realm, establishing a serene space for gentle healing. Use sound, frequencies, and vibrations to focus and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
This offering will give you space to play with different sound modalities and help you gain confidence in incorporating sound healing techniques into your massage or yoga practice, creating a holistic and multi-dimensional healing environment for both you and your clients.
We will cover basics in: Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and our own voice
