Join us in the heart of the Cascades this November to surrender into 4 days of blissful yoga, adventure, nourishing foods & deeply restoring practices. Nestled along the river in the pines, we welcome you to Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort in Leavenworth, WA. Find a refuge in deeper connection in your body, mind and spirit with daily yoga, gourmet meals, nature, community & restoring practices that are a treat to the senses. YOUR PERFECT DAY Begin the day with guided meditation & a refreshing yoga practice, followed by breakfast at Sleeping Lady. Optional mid day yoga, philosophy or yogic lifestyle teachings. Lunch at Sleeping Lady. Afternoon free to discover Sleeping Lady's art walk, outdoor adventures, enjoy the heated pool & hot tub, book a treatment at the resort's Aspen Day Spa or check out downtown Leavenworth, the possibilities are endless. Dinner on your own.
