Service Description
This is a 15 minute time slot for a consultation of hair services and treatments for new hair clients. This is NOT an appointment for any services. In this appointment we will do 4 things: 1- Make sure we are a good Stylist + Client fit - I'm not for everyone, neither are you, and that is OK! It is very important to know this when working with someone's hair. 2- We will get a clear idea of your realistic hair goals. 3- We will discuss budget: time budget AND money budget. 4- We will decide if moving forward with booking is appropriate or not for both of us, if so, we will book your future hair appointment.
Cancellation Policy
NO perfume, cologne, heavily scented lotions or cigarette smoke *perfumes, colognes, artificial fragrance, cigarette smoke are all irritants, neurotoxins and many are carcinogenic. Know that you will be charged 100% of your appointment time and rescheduled for a later date when arriving to your session with such on.* Please, if you want to listen or watch something on your phone, please bring headphones. Cancelation & No-Show Policy 48+ hours ~ zero charge, thank you for the timely heads up!** Less than 48 hours ~ 100% charge, unless appointment space is filled. No-show ~ 100% charge, and non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.**
