Service Description
Allow me to welcome you to your private yoga experience. My approach to our session is an organic flow, specifically designed for your needs & goals. Offered at the studio or at your location. When booking, the only options in the menu will be Chelan in the intake form, there will be a spot to choose your location specifically. Availability for Ardenvoir + your location is dependent on season. Build up your agni with a challenging flow or slip into a space of deep rest with guided meditation, yoga nidra & restorative. Or my favorite, a bit of both, delightfully intertwined to assist the body in developing an ability to move from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system. 60, 90 or 120 minute custom sessions available. *travel fees may apply - determined by location*
Cancellation Policy
NO perfume, cologne, heavily scented lotions or cigarette smoke *perfumes, colognes, artificial fragrance, cigarette smoke are all irritants, neurotoxins and many are carcinogenic. Know that you will be charged 100% of your appointment time and rescheduled for a later date when arriving to your session with such on.* Please, if you want to listen or watch something on your phone, please bring headphones. Cancelation & No-Show Policy 48+ hours ~ zero charge, thank you for the timely heads up! Less than 48 hours ~ 100% charge, unless appointment space is filled. No-show ~ 100% charge, and non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.
