Sometimes weekdays don't work for you schedule, welcome to Saturday offerings from Amber. These offerings are outside of regular business hours, reflecting 'over-time' pricing. Welcome breath & movement with a combination of pranayama, flow & yin yoga, as we begin to connect body & mind. Allow your mind & spirit to drop in with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, a guided style of meditation that allows you to fully move into the parasympathetic nervous system. Your massage catered to your specific needs assists your muscles in letting go, all your tension melting away. Finishing with a sound healing session to round out the senses & integrate the trifecta of body, mind & spirit. 2 hour mini session and 4 hour half day options available.
Cancellation Policy
When arriving for massage & hair appointments please enter through our back door. Please, NO Perfume or Cologne. NO smoking within 3 hours of appointment or class. NO cell phone use inside our building, if you need to listen to something please bring headphones. Please, place phone on silent. *perfumes, colognes, artificial fragrance, cigarette smoke are all neurotoxins and a lot are carcinogenic, I encourage to do your own research if you desire. Know that you will be charged and rescheduled for a later date when arriving to your appointment/class with such on.* Cancelation & No-Show Policy **any refunded payments will be less the processing fee that is automatically charged via the processing company** 48+ hours ~ zero charge, thank you for the timely heads up!** 24-48 hours ~ 50% charge, unless space is filled. Less than 24 hours ~ 100% charge.** No-show ~ 100% charge, and non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.**
